By accessing or using Social Mockup ("the Service"), operated at socialmockup.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Social Mockup is a web-based tool that allows users to generate visual mockups of social media profiles and posts for platforms including Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The Service is provided on a freemium basis, with a free tier offering limited exports and a paid Pro tier offering additional features.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Create mockups that impersonate real individuals for fraudulent, deceptive, or defamatory purposes; generate content that violates any applicable law or regulation; distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the Service's infrastructure; use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service; or scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools to access the Service beyond its intended functionality.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Social Mockup a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Social Mockup and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Social media platform names, logos, and visual elements referenced in mockups are the property of their respective owners and are used for representational purposes only.
Paid plans (Plus and Pro) are billed monthly or annually at the rate displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
Free accounts are limited to 12 mockup exports per calendar month. This limit resets on the first day of each month. Free exports include a watermark and are rendered at standard resolution. Template downloads (sizing guides) are not counted toward the export limit.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of any mockups generated through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Mockup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
